We partnered with City College Plymouth to develop a bold, future-facing campaign designed to connect with a new generation of learners — one that expects more control, more relevance, and more flexibility from education. At the heart of the campaign is a simple but powerful idea: ‘It’s Your World’. A shift away from traditional education messaging that tells people they’ll be “prepared” for the future — and instead, a recognition that the future already belongs to them. They just need the tools, support and confidence to shape it.

The campaign speaks directly to Gen Alpha — a generation growing up in digital environments, confident in how they express themselves, but often uncertain about the bigger decisions ahead. The work reflects that tension: bold and expressive on the surface, underpinned by reassurance, guidance and real-world opportunity.

A system of multiple worlds allows the campaign to flex across audiences — from school leavers to adult learners, parents and employers — each variation expressing a different tone, mindset or pathway. Together, they create a visual metaphor for possibility: no single version of the future, just many ways to build it.
